"Was charged extra for Waterpark which was never explained and doesnt make any sense for the price to stay expedia failed for that and hotel wanted to charge 45 per person not happy at all"

"Breakfast was always great and restocked. Pool is not large enough to accommodate many guests. There was a used soap bar left in the shower making me question the cleanliness of the room. "

"Hotel is not new, but clean. The stuff was polite and helpful. But when we came to second floor to our room, instead the non-smoking room with 2 beds we found room with king bed for smoking(for 3 people) Because it was already 12am and we were going to leave early, I decided not to go to front desk. And also gusts from next door all night were fighting and kicking the wall. It was the first time of this kind experience in my life. I was scarred and disappointed (two my kids were with me)."

The boutique-style rooms are cozy, with antique charm, making it feel more like you’re staying at a relative’s than a corporate chain. All-in-all, we had a lovely stay at Historic Hotel Nichols, and will most definitely be back!"
