"Bed bugs!!!! We left our stay early due to bed bugs in our room. "

"It was a horrible stay. To start-the bathroom had molds by the tub. The shower gel canister was empty. the room smelled awful. The pool was disgusting. Water was hazy. Worst part- the breakfast! There was no food left by 9am. Some bagels only. No cups or plates too. The coffee looked like tea. The drain for the juice was never washed. It was disgusting. There was only 1 staff working by the breakfast area. Poor guy was doing everything for the entire guests in the hotel. No help sent even we’ve been asking the front desk. Very poor management. Will never stay here again. The only good thing was comfortable bed and pillows. "
