"Shame on Expedia for featuring such a misleading listing. This is a 4-story walkup tenement rooming house, not a hotel. Expedia does not disclose the fact that there is no elevator, no staff on the premises and it’s exceptionally confusing to enter the property. The address says 1st Avenue; the door is heavily graffitied and locked and you must go around the corner to a different address and there is no way to know that except for a tiny sign obscured by the graffiti. "The suite was excellent—very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. However, the front desk service was disappointing. Upon arrival, the man at the desk was unhelpful and made us feel unwelcome. The following day, the woman at the front desk was rude to the cleaning staff and also unfriendly toward us. The room was great, but the customer service at the front desk definitely needs improvement."
