"The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room.
Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room."

"Would have liked to have received a call for my email from the site to ensure they had my email.
I booked through Expedia and they do not allow email in messages to be viewed for 3rd parties even though we booked through them
Over all I would stay here again great room for the price in this economy and staff was very helpful once we got someone on the phone.
I love the concept and will make sure before my next visit I call ahead to get my email and room info sorted out.
Thank you for your...

"The carpet in our room was wet and it made the bedding damp. They did not tell us. We didn’t realize this until we were completely unpacked and took our shoes off so our socks were soaked. The long bare hallway in the basement leading to the pool was so disturbing my granddaughter wouldn’t go swimming. There was no restaurant on site as advertised; however, they did have a breakfast buffet.
The only highlight were the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby."
