"The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a sporting tournament and had close access to local coffee, Whole Foods, and eateries. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly. 10min walk to convention center. The hotel felt safe but typical downtown once you step outside. Would book again for how clean everything was and for how comfortable the beds were."

"You have to pay for parking per night it’s 46$. During the day same price. The breakfast options weren’t the best, but it was free. The bar hostess was the best. They made me feel at home while I had to work. There is a 25$ early check in fee. I checked in one hour early and it couldn’t be waived. The room was small but nice. "There was some confusion with my reservations online, and I was unable to contact a human being at the hotel to rectify the situation prior to check-in. Expedia made an attempt but was told they were unwilling to make any changes. The hotel receptionist was helpful in keeping me in the same room both nights, but there was no adjustment for the additional cost, and two rooms for two nights ended up costing me an extra $62. It would have been very helpful if the refrigerator had had a freezer...
