"Loved close location to Wembley Stadium, which was our reason for staying. Very clean with plenty of amenities supplied. Great balcony too. AC not very effective. Internet, although supplied with WIFI, was non existent. All communication received from hosts not received as no internet. Apologies for not emptying bin but didn’t know this had to be done (due to not receiving info from host re: no internet) Would stay again though. Thank you."

"Really difficult to find and messaged to ask for directions no one replied. Says has microwave and fridge didn’t have anything but bed, wardrobe, shower on wet floor and toilets no towels, not even toilet roll and no drinking water!!!!!"

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"The property was clean which was nice and it was right beside the stadium which was helpful. The security being there at night was reassuring and the staff were friendly, even provided fan when the room was too hot. However, the communication was poorly in MY opinion with my expirence. Due to my health issues I did communicate for a late check out months prior and I was told to contact them back near the time. I did contact them but nobody answered and even in person I was dismissed when I tried...

"Fantastiv stay, easy key system with a code U received via email. The flat was spacious adn super clean. Extra plus with a washing machine and fully equipmented kitchen. Supermarket, coffe shops,resurants and pubs close by. Short walking distance of 5 minutes for both, bus,underground. Higly recommend it. "

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The curtains in living room were torn but only noticeable when drawing curtains open. Location is excellent especially if attending a venue at Wembley Stadium. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great."
