"Hotel is a bit out of the way but only a 10 min walk to Harlesden tube station. The free, secure parking is great. Rooms are basic, only sachets of shampoo and small soap bars so take your own shower gels etc is advised. Tea and coffee supplies also very basic. Room was very warm due to heatwave but they do provide a fan. Overall a decent enough stay if you’re happy with no frills. "Good place to stay, stayed two nights, unfortunately didnt have our room cleaned after night 1, which would've been great. But it was a good stay. I would also suggest the TV and apps used are very minimal. Only have the BBC app, channel 4 and YouTube and its restricted to those apps only. Its a Samsung smart TV, so not sure why the apps are restricted to those 3. Everything else was good."

"I called the property on the day as i realised i hadnt checked mobility. Honestly the owner could not have been more helpful. Is the hotel dated yes but it is clean and felt safe and secure. The owner and staff were super freindly, super helpful and i would definitely stay again. "

"My party did not use the parking facilities. However the staff, on entry were more welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. The big drawback was the amount of time it took to get warm (not hot) water at the sink. This was overcome by boiling water with the kettle; not an efficient way to achieve the result. Also having no sink plug was also wasteful. At least I overcame that obstacle because I travel with a universal plug. The shower head position made it impossible to stand beneath whilst...

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. I loved it so much! The view was fantastic, and the room was so clean. It was also really quiet, which I really appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely book here again next time"

"Very clean room, good for a night. But the bathroom is facing another window and it doesn’t have any blinds/ curtains or tinting so you can just see straight in to the bathroom (Everything is on show) there was also no mugs with the kettle in the room, so don’t really see its use. Very quiet and peaceful overall. Also no mirrors in the room fyi"
