"Friendly, kind, professional staff."

"We stayed in room 407, building 4. Upon entrance into the building, it was apparent that there was a moisture problem. It had a mildew smell. But when we entered the room, there was no smell, and it was absolutely perfectly clean. I found out later that a water pipe had burst in the room across the hall and they were cleaning it up. The building and room were old. The layout of the room was weird. The bathroom was like an alley with the toilet being the first thing on the left, then the shower...

"Room was very clean. Bed was firm but comfy. Staff was great! Would recommend to everyone. Was a little disappointed the pool was still closed but it is only the end of April."

"This hotel was well worn. On the older side and not maintained the best. Bathrooms on main floor had a faucet that wasn't bolted down, toilet paper holder non existent in men's. The little "store" next to check in was almost empty. The room was worn with chips on paint and bathroom overly caulked. The beds were hard and lumpy. The breakfast was surprisingly good."

"Lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Only knock was too many sports teams booked the same place and kids were partying all night. Which resulted in no sleep. So I doubt I ever stay here again."

"Location was perfect for getting to many different area of Nashville and surrounding areas with ease and The price couldn’t be beat, so those were two biggest perks. Employees were exceptionally friendly. Our room was clean and nice but felt empty. (Many times when they update older hotels I feel like that’s the case) We got the free breakfast two of the mornings, and it was nice - standard free breakfast buffet fare. "The hotel was nice, very clean and in a good area. The staff was great, breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfast I’ve had, and the king suite was really nice and spacious. "

"Our room could have used a little more TLC. It was clean but the outlets in the bathroom did not work and the rubber on the bottom shower door needed to be replaced. Other than that, the room was very comfortable. Check in went very smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. "

"Under construction,,,lots of noise, Pool was green and the breakfast was muffins and old fruit. Staff was not very friendly and the rooms were lacking supplies. Will not stay there again. I would like some compensation for the pool and breakfast that were not what we expected. It was 80* degrees and we wanted to swim ,"

"I will start by saying the staff were so kind, so attentive, and so helpful; but the facilities themselves were just okay. At arrival their system was down & we had to wait quite a while with the very apologetic front desk woman to check in. After a long day of travel that wasn’t great. 3 days later at checkout their systems were again down. Our room was decent size but we could hear every single footstep the people above us took. "The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. "
