"Check in a was very simple. The gentleman who greeted us was very helpful, he told us we was able to get takeaway and eat within the room. It was within about a 10-15 minute walk to the main town ( we had 2 young children with us) we had a big spacious room on the ground floor. The room was clean and fresh, with towels for our stay, kettle with tea coffee and hot chocolate and milk. Plenty of storage. The only thing was the neighbours were incredibly noisy one night in the middle of the night but luckily it didnt wake our children. I would definitely consider staying here again. Very comfortable rooms and a great price :-)"

"The room and bed were very comfortable. We would have liked a fridge in the room, that was the only thing missing. Breakfast was really nice, good options from both the menu and buffet. The location was fantastic and the food in the bar was really tasty and big portions too."

"We've been in this hotel 2021 , and with same same passion about it we booked again . Unfortunately hotel is not that clean anymore. Also the guy at reception came out of his room with a underwear and pyjamas which is not professional . Also weve been charged £10 for parking which is first time I see a hotel charge you for parking . Shower gel , shampoo everything was literally ran out and shows there is no regular checks"

"A great room in an excellent location minutes away from the sea. It's a two minute walk to the seafront, restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc. Despite the excitement location, it's on a quiet street. Check in was simple and smooth thanks to clear instructions. Highly recommended. Thank you."

"Very spacious property (all be it up 3 flights of stairs), clean, modern and good facilities. When arrived room with 2 single beds was in fact made into a double which wasn’t what we wanted (I had explained I needed 5 beds so sofa bed was also made up). Also no cleaning products, broom or dustpan which would have been useful. Road noisy as old building windows not soundproof facing the main road. Few drunk and dodgy people around noisy at night. 20 mins walk to beach which was ok for us and close to shops which was ideal."
