"We returned back to room yesterday late afternoon to find our room had not been serviced. Phone in room did not work to call front desk. My husband went down and found desk clerk who then procured fresh towels. I made the bed myself but the bathroom remained as it was, ie not cleaned. This I found to be totally unacceptable ."

"The hotel is located in a very nice area, which is walkable, and lots of restaurants. The property is beautiful, staff is professional and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, a great size, with great bathrooms. I was very happy with the selection of this property. And, the breakfast selections were wonderful- including the addition of Greek yogurt - not just the sugary ones😁"

"The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great."

"Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming."

"The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful until you leave. I happed to leave something in our room when we left and it was impossible to get someone to help me. It seems only housekeeping is allowed to look in the lost and found box. I left messages and couldn’t get a call back."

"Little things made this a solid 2 star hotel. Like the sink faucet was positioned to far back from the edge of the sink making it difficult to wash your face. Also, the exposed caulking around the shower stall looked cheap and unprofessional."

"Everything was great! The only issue was parking. There is not enough parking for the amount of guests when it’s a full hotel. Took a little while to find a place we could park. Other than that, it was excellent and we would definitely stay there again."

"Rooms were super spacious, clean and comfortable. Full kitchens with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Loved the rooms! Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Pool was nice, clean and refreshing. The rooms with balconies, unfortunately have not much of a view. Outside our room was 2 dumpsters and highway noise. Hallway carpets were pretty gross. Dog friendly hotel shouldn't have carpets. Great location."
