"The walk in shower was great, staff was very helpful, only issue was the room had a faint smell of cigarette"

"The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great."

"I really enjoyed this property. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, breakfast was really good. The only thing I would say Is that the parking was a little hard to grasp since we had to park near the top of the parking deck. But overall it was a great stay"

"This hotel was very disappointing. The hallways and elevators were dirty and had a bad odor. The hallway carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and the hallways were uncomfortably hot. Our room was not clean either. The blanket had stains, the sink was dirty and clogged, and the couch was covered in stains. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with spoiled food. The walls were extremely thin, so you could hear everything. I would not stay here again."

The room seemed clean but had a slight odor and the air conditioner was so loud it made sleeping unpleasant. When they were mopping it smelled horrible. "Firstly, the staff was incredible, and the GM was very helpful. However, the property, specifically our room, had a strange odor, and our rug was soaked for days, making it hard to breathe. DO NOT STAY in room 217! The staff quickly moved us to a slightly better room, which was nice. I think the breakfast didn't have non-dairy milk options, so you'll need to make do. Fortunately, the GM was fully willing to help by purchasing us non-dairy milk and accommodating us every morning. She was honestly...
