"Please note this property sometimes pops up on Searches specifying Air conditioning.. The Property has Approx 94 Room Apparently Only 5 currently have A/C So ur chances of getting one R slim Added 2 that they recently quoted me an Extra £25 for an A/C Room So perhaps one 2 save 4 Winter"

"The staff at the Ragged Robin were delightful, always helping out and answering any questions we had. Shout out to Harrison for being so welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved enjoying a non alcoholic draft beer in the garden overlooking the canal. Truly a beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!"

"Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. "Whilst the staff and facilities were good, I was disappointed with the food. I had the coronation chicken terrine starter.which had a large piece of chicken skin in it. The staff offered me a replacement which I declined and they did not charmed for it. I later asked if I could have fresh fruit for dessert which the said would be available for breakfast. At breakfast the only fresh fruit available was watermelon. I may be picky but I feel that these minor items should be catered for."

"Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,"
