"There would have been no need for customer service as we were late arriving guests. But a quick phone call to the office left me feeling confident in my choice (of motel) and cared for, personally. I had four kids with me so this was reassuring and helped me relax into the drive with knowledge of safe and ‘pre warmed’ room. "Modern motel with a touch of class that is incredibly clean, comfortable and warm. Communication was great and it was easy to arrange a late check in and early check out. Wish we could've stayed longer, and will definitely stay again when we're in the area! Any motel looking to refurb should look at Hara Hotel as a beautiful example of what can be done! "
