"We recently stayed at The Cavalaire for two nights Friday - Sunday. This was our first trip to Brighton. We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze, friendly staff, cousy tidy rooms and wacky decor. Well filled coffee/ tea making facilities in the room was much appreciated, and complimentary water. "Great location and it was perfect for an overnight stay for my mums birthday. The beds were very comfy. We were just a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - it stunk of smoke. We opened the windows and I sprayed my perfume (not ideal) but we couldn’t get rid of it. Hopefully just a blip as I’d stayed here before and it wasn’t an issue."
