We were disturbed most of the night by the background humming of other guests' bathroom fans and gurgling of water coming into our basin. We would like to have had help with the lack of reception on the TV but unfortunately did not receive any reply to our request. Room okay with some nice furnishings.

The property is in an excellent location with parking. We received very communication from the owner. We stayed in room 3 which featured a lovely bath a wet room along with a huge bed. The TV reception had some buffering, however, we weren't spending hours watching it as we were out enjoying Brighton. We will certainly stay again.

Fantastic location, although you need to be fit for the stairs. There is an emergency number for any issues Security is great The rooms are well equipped, and even have a fridge You may want to take some milk in with you as there is ample instant and real coffee along with tea and sugars but nowhere near enough milk A parking permit is a must as parking is a nightmare

Alt kommunikation foregår på mail. Ingen reception. Hurtig svar og generel hjælpsomhed. Køleskab itu og hårtørrer ikke til stede. Ingen aircondition. Parkering på gaden - svært at finde et sted i nærheden og tidsbegrænset. Morgenmadsmuligheder nærved.

Great location, and a good sized room. No air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't that efficient. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched. I wanted to rest (given the heat) so my room wasnt serviced at all during my stay. The TV was tuned to some very strange channels, and I couldn't work out how to get our usual; BBC, ITV etc. So very mixed. Could be far better with more attention to the basics

Excellent location, comfy beds and nicely decorated room and bathroom. Lovely shower. What I didn’t like was being woken by noisey cleaners with their small child early Sunday morning and having them knock on the door in advance of check out time.

This property us in Kemptown, above Brighton's Maderia Drive. As such local establishments, such as the Kemp pub, offer great value meals, rather than the more tourist offerings in town. Using Just Park provided reasonably priced parking at a local bingo club, onky a couple of hundred yards away.
