Well-appointed rooms in a neat, bright house twice as large as the adjoining two up, two downs. Guests get self-serve breakfast (abundant but no meat), the use of a living room and a small yard, and the company of unusually expressive twin cats. The host is helpful, accomodating and super-cool. Bus stations, restaurants and shops are a few minutes’ uphill walk from the house. The buses go to Royal Pavilion (near the beach), Brighton Station and all over the town.

I was made to feel so welcome on my visit due to Babs’s excellent hospitality. The house was modern, luxurious and immaculate with a very chilled vibe. I will definitely be visiting again.

I really liked Babs shes an excellent host and so friendly. It was nice just sometimes just chatting to her over breakfast. If i come back to Brighton i will definitely stay here again

Breakfast was fresh and nice But the room didn t have curtain only blind and the light went through the room was very small and bed no very comfortable i did n t sleep very well also i heart nose from outside and noise from the other room

Amazing stay

Babs was the most fantastic host, very welcoming, the facilities and bed were extremely good. The range of food available for breakfast was mind blowing. You will not regret booking this accommodation, worth every penny. Thanks Babs, we will be back!

Babs has created home away from home

Babs is literally a living legend. From the warm welcome, cups of tea, cookies and fresh fruit, access to abundant breakfast and coffee options. Easy to get to the residence from the Brighton Train Station! Really lovely time, like a home away from home! Bonus opportunities to hang with the come back after a day out.

I had a lovely stay with Babs.She was welcoming and made me feel right at home.The house is spotless and very cosy .I must say the heating was on and so warm I didn’t need a duvet.Lovely treat.I didn’t need to have the breakfast as wanted to meet up for coffee and pastries with friends.But what was on offer looked generous.A well stocked fridge.The only thing was I prefer an en-suite,not so keen on sharing.But that was reflected in the price.Very reasonable.I would highly recommend.
