"The front desk attendant Deija was rude and extremely unhelpful. The General Manager Victor was professional and did everything he could to make the situation better. I will not book a room through Hotels.com ever again. I would avoid a Best Western altogether in the future. We booked a suite and got a room. The pictures on the website do not depict the room you are purchasing. The exterior looks good but the rooms have yet to be updated. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, the arms on the chair were dirty. Breakfast was not good. There was no apple juice, the orange juice was nasty. The sausages were not good, eggs was unavailble. The only thing I enjoyed was the waffles."

"Only elevator was broken the entire trip. All three people were over 60 years old, this was an issue wi with luggage. Nobody on staff could help us carry the luggage up the stairs. Staff was able to move the 3rd floor room to the second floor with the rest of us. We were scheduled for two rooms and the staff gave us a third room. Pool looked like it had water issues, carpets were worn. Couch in one room was torn. Rooms were clean. "

"My room had construction happeing insode. Tools and flashlights. Plus a hole in the wall and the dresser wasnt in place. An open ac heat box and unit were just open and layes on the table. A mess! "

"Staff was nice and friendly. The carpet in the hallways was rolled and in need of replacement and dirt/trash observed on the carpet as well. The shower was in need of fresh caulking at the base as it was separated and stained. No hot water to shower at all the following morning. "
