"Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. "Only thing was disappointing is clerk / male guy ( manager) told me I needed to place a credit card on file for room Which I paid for room in advance and that my card wasn’t going to be charged at all and I got a 40 dollar charge which resulted in my account a negative charge and when asked about charge he was leaving shift and thru. Hands up and didn’t care to explained! Also I paid for a double quiet room for 2 beds and when I arrived he didn’t have a double I had to take a one bedroom queen...

"It is strictly a place to sleep, if you plan to stay here and use the gym and pool, I regret to inform you that this is not the right place, as those facilities are practically unusable. The surroundings are not very presentable, and the rooms have a bad odor."

"The pool area was great. Much bigger than I thought it would be and very very nice. Nice bar area and they had bands playing in the day time and evening. I was dissappointed to find out that they do not have daily room cleaning. We ran out of towels quickly and had to go to the front desk and ask for more."

When we were walking to our room on the second floor, there was a terrible smell of sewerage in the hallway. Once we were in our guest room, we did not smell the sewerage. Upon our checkout, we had to find someone from valet to get our vehicle."

"It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay."
