"We had a room on the 8th floor. It was very clean. The lobby staff were very nice. The breakfast was good with nice views of the Chicago skyline. We were only there one night but would definitely go back."

"Parking was easy. Check in was slow. The desk clerk stepped away from our reservation twice and went down the hall. He said it was because of a software update. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The carpets need to be cleaned. The refrigerator hummed and made a ticking noise all night long. Although we didn’t use it, the pool looked nice. Breakfast bar had three cereals , waffle maker , bread and bagels for toast , orange juice , coffee , yogurt , apples. The location is right off I-94 and close to restaurants and not far at all to the outlet mall. "

"The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The mini fridge had some issues, but management sent a maintenance person within an hour of request to check it out. It didn't want to stay cold. It would work, then not, back and forth. When we checked out told person that room need repair or replacement. There were some noises, late in the evening from people slamming doors and stomping around in the hallway/room. The noises quit eventually. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would likely stay here again. Oh, almost forgot, breakfast was amazing, every morning!"

"I called ahead to check whether the pool was open and working. It was and it was awesome. Just what was needed after a long drive."
