"This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. "I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

"I was there 7 days and my room was "barely" cleaned once. I asked every single day and they said it would be done and it never was when we returned in the evening time. The one time it was, they didnt even sweep or vacuum the floors. Basically the beds were made and new towels left. They claim that it is done "every other day" but that was NOT the case for us. Kitchen area is minimally stocked with cooking items - 1 small pot and a pan. The people at the front desk during the day time...

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Every room reeks of cigarette smoke even though there’s signs everywhere threatening a 250$ smoke cleaning fee. Changed 2 rooms hoping to get a decent one to no avail. This is a disgusting place even for a motel. I booked based on the numerous positive reviews, THOSE LIED. The check in staff is polite and very apologetic about the rooms conditions. Ha! The “continental breakfast” is actually just granola bars and coffee. Laughable. DO NOT...
