Hotel Macdonald Hotels di Britania Raya

"The hotel was lovely and clean"

"Great stay!"

"The hotel is nice with clean spacious rooms. The furniture and decor need some improving as they are mismatched and the information in the room is very limited. No information about the grounds or the area. Most disappointing spa. It was filthy with clumps of hair in showers and plastic dirt and hairs by the poolside and dirty tea cups. The alarming thing was we returned the second morning and it was still the same. No cleaning had taken place over night. The spa is advertised as a relaxing...

"Very helpful staff , great facilities ( spent plenty of time in the steam room and pool ) . Afternoon tea is very nice, thoroughly enjoyed our stay - second time this year and WILL definitely be back again. Reception staff are exceptional"

"Staff friendly. Room clean. Bar poorly stocked. Breakfast too expensive at £24pp so ate out. Overall the Hotel is looking neglected and lost its prestigious ambiance. No Elemis products in the bathroom and room service on request. We are returning guests however judging on this stay would not recommend."
