"Clean rooms"

"Front desk clerk brought a towel , the one and only towel used, as we did not go therefor much else but sleep so only one towel and faceclothe was used , he toook the towel down stairs to the front desk and said i have to ask house keeping nif they can clean it off, my slushy cup dumped it was a small patch of light blue barely much i explained that, it dropped on top nothing else, he alomst didnt want to give my 200.00 deposit for a small face clothe and towel only the towel had a small spot of juice..... and was argumentive."

"Staff are friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was incredible from the fresh fruit to the bacon, eggs, sausage and more. Booked a last minute reservation and will be back again in the future. Close to the airport for convenience "

"Great friend end staff. Cleaning was done promptly and well. Kids enjoyed pool. Nice for the main pool to not be absolutely freezing like other hotels "

"Not like it once was. Starting to definitely cheap out on some of the breakfast options. Pool area not tidy. Front staff not welcoming. Used to be our go to place for Prince George but will be looking elsewhere on next trip. Definitely too bad do better Best Western. "

"Breakfast was very good. Quiet hotel, secure, centrally located. Only real complaint is there are two TV guides but neither one match the available channels. One guide was about 30% accurate, the other one the channels were not available at all. Im not a big TV watcher but even the news channel was labelled wring"

"I really liked this place. Good amenities. Comfortable bed. My only complaint is if you are on the man floor, you can hear everything happening in the lobby and whoever the person at the front desk is talking too. If there was a door at the end of the hallway or carpeted floors that would make the stay quieter. "
