"I really appreciate it how kind the staff were and how efficient they were when it came to issues that I experienced during my trip. Unfortunately when I got to my room there was hair in the towels in the shower and weird stains on the bed when I got moved to a new room there were weird stains on the bed. Finally my third room there were still a couple stains on the top sheet, so we ended up changing all of the bedding and it was clean and fresh with no issues. I will have to say that the staff...

"The room had a very unpleasant smell, and I could still smell it on my clothes even after 10 days, lol. Other than that, the staff were incredibly helpful. For a short stay, it's not too bad, it might just be that I have a particularly sensitive sense of smell. The surrounding area wasn't the best, although there are several good coffee shops nearby and it's within walking distance of downtown Vancouver. However, as a solo female traveler, I sometimes felt a bit unsafe."

"Someone left a camera in the room on the floor. I can only assume the floors were not cleaned well or they would have found it. The room appeared clean, bed was comfy. Room was very warm."

"Welcoming and easy registration. Knowledgeable about the campus and larger community. Friendly and quick housekeeping. I have a physical disability and appreciated the upgrade to accommodate my accessability needs, convenient parking and accessible bathroom. I felt safe. The community kitchen was clean and had the necessary appliances and counter top appliances. I always enjoy watching the resident bunnies"
