Easy to access lift and room via app. Only negative being that the decor and modern tech is so slick and blended that it may be hard to vision impaired or older clients to access. Colour matching hooks and light switches that blend with decor rather than contrast. Perfect for us though, convenient for an early morning flight."

"I wanted to be close enough to the airport that I didn’t have to get transportation and that was the case. It was a little confusing at first when I arrived late at night in a strange airport with a lot of luggage but eventually the taxi service in the airport gave me the simple instructions as to how to find the hotel accommodations. "Stayed the night on route to Birmingham airport. Ideal location just off the motorway. Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice. Full English and continental available. Free parking is great."

"The best thing I can say about this place is that the staff memberqho greeted me was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. That said, I was very tired after a very full day, so I probably could have fallen asleep on concrete. The room was grimy and shabby. It didn't look like it had been cleaned particularly well. Surfaces were wiped, but I don't think the carpet had been hoovered. I won't be staying there again."

"Great place to stay and the owners are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable with loads of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and water. I didnt realise we could park there (for a fee) so I'd already booked parking.It's 5 minutes by cab to Gqtwick and the bus stop for Gatwick is right outside the Farmhouse. I'm sold, we're staying there everytime we fly from Gatwick. Great people to do business with. "

"I loved the sitting room which had very interesting historical references. The bedroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. I took a drink from the Tap bar into the sitting room and relaxed after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again and will pass it on to anyone I know who wants to visit Arundel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming."

"The lodge was very convenient to Gatwick, the train station and the town. We had requested a ground floor room and received it along with early check in. Bathroom is tiny with no shelf space for toiletries. There were no hooks or hangers which was awkward. Maybe our expectations are different, but we had a total of one bath towel each for two nights - no hand towel or bath mat either. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that."

"We arrived very late as our flight was delayed and were met by friendly staff despite being much later than intended. Room was so quiet. Bed very comfortable Ideal for flights from Gatwick, just a short walk from north terminal. Late checkout (12) also appreciated."
