"Nice hotel and friendly staff, located within walking distance of many sights. The building has some history but has been renovated and modernized. All that remains is the old mail slot and the older exterior.
The bed was very comfy, TV was large.
The view from the window was of a brightly lit parking garage.
I liked the dark wood throughout the hotel, the art on the walls, the water saving toilet and the sustainable bottles of lotion, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and conditioner
The housekeeping staff was very attentive."
"The staff were incredibly friendly & very helpful when we got there & the valet were friendly & kind. Parking was $50, or $60 with valet.
My partner needed wifi for work & theirs was incredibly spotty. The manager told us we could "upgrade to premium" if we wanted it to work better. We just wanted it to work in general, which it did not.
Our room smelled very fresh & clean, which was nice. The restroom in our room had a frosted glass sliding door, which lead to very little privacy, along with no vent fan. The lighting wasn't very bright.
I was disappointed to see that there wasn't complimentary coffee or tea in the morning. Coffee was $5 in the lobby.
The pool water was warm & the air inside was also warm. The pool is pretty shallow though & there's no hot tub."

6/10 Okay
"As far as the room goes, the bathtub didn't drain properly, the toliet flushed slow, which then clogged. We asked for more towels, as there were 3 people staying for 2 nights and an older white woman wanted to argue about how many towels were supposed to be in the room, which there was only 1 wash cloth. There is no signage stating that they don't clean rooms daily, which that i was expecting a clean room once we came back. The breakfast was decent, coffee was always hot. Parking was easy to access.
