"Very clean room & common areas, breakfast was surprisingly better than I expected and the staff were very kind and helpful"

"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I love historic properties, and this one has retained all its character and charm. The air was scented with Linden trees, there is an old oak with a 7-8 foot caliper, a restaurant, and live music in the Carriage house. Plus a wonderful plant nursery next door. It’s been awhile since my overall experience was so good that I wasn’t interested in nitpicking!"

"Room was lovely, cool and clean on a hot summer day in June! Even though we were only in town for 1 night we throughly enjoyed the property and thankful we were able to grab coffee at the Continental Breakfast by 7am as we were leaving to travel home. Such a convenience!"

"Very clean inside and out. Peaceful environment birds, flowers and acrossthe street you see boats coming and going. They have a outdoor pool and hot tub close to Weirs beach and the NH pavilion. Convenient and clean. "

"Had an AMAZING time at Purity Springs Resort!! Convenient location, great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, great dining options at Traditions Restaurant (on site) and cant appreciate the peaceful and tranquil, nice Purity Lake enough. Kayaking on the lake was an incredible experience and we lots of wildlife around including herons, otters and the common loon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!!
