"Room was small but clean, perfect for a quick trip. Our room was semi-underground and our window was ground level with the parking lot. Parking was available which was the biggest bonus. Breakfast was good for a weekday continental stay!"
"Room was very clean! Close to a subway stop so easy to get to manhattan. Overall great stay; room is small but expected in NYC. if you’re a light sleeper I would suggest getting a room on the back of the building as the train is right out front and can be loud."
"The staff here are great. They are very professional and caring. The room is clean, quiet, and had great amenities, which is wonderful as I travel for work. The building overall is beautifully kept and the atmosphere inviting. Williamsburg has a lot to offer and the hotel is very well positioned for subway connections. "
"Clean room but Ash burned through sheets , smelled like cigarettes… the shower head broke off and the repair Guy told me he was off shift so he doesn’t know what to tell us, came upstairs and attempted to fix jt but then told us he couldn’t and ran out of our room. I also booked for a coty view room , which means not on the 1st floor. Besides that nice stay … will be attempting to stay COMFORTABLY again. "
"Beautiful environment and room accommodations. Loved the filtered water in the room. The robes are amazing! In room lighting could be brighter.Walls too thin..heard upstairs and outside noise each night we stayed. Told front staff but no offers to relocate us were given. "
