"Multiple plumbing issues. Backed up shower drain, backed up sink and toilet that flushed continually on fist use. Staff were quick to resolve the issues, however, this is not what anyone would expect from the brand or for the price. $30 “destination fee” was a way to extract more money with zero benefit."

I also used the iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine, and the refrigerator, which all worked well. The internet in the room was working very well. Since I am a heavy coffee drinker, I also appreciated that my coffee in the room was replenished every day. They also left a bottle of water in my room each day. "Really love the decor in the lobby. Had a lovely feel in the courtyard. Beds were very comfortable. Room was a little small but quiet. We really enjoyed the pool area."
