"Stayed in this hotel because nothing else was available. Should have stayed in my car. This hotel was terrible. From the mask smell of air freshener when you walk in, to the NON WORKING AIR CONDITIONER AND PHONE. The air was not cool and told them about it. Did nothing to refund my money since they said I didn’t tell them that night. Well I got there at 9:30pm, showered and got in bed by 10:30. Turned on air thinking it would be cold, woke up in a sweat at 2:00! The phone in the room had no signal so couldn’t reach anyone, nor was I going to wake my two daughters to go down to lobby. The next morning I told them and they said they would call me Monday to talk about refund. Never heard from them. Called Tuesday no answer from them, call Wednesday no answer. Finally they answered on Thursday and said they would do nothing about it. Terrible customer service and could care less about the price they are charging people to stay there!! DO NOT STAY HERE…. There is a brand new Fairfield HALF the price ! Go there!!"
