"The check in process was a mess. The initial email with the details was only sent to us on the day of arrival. The contact didn’t come back to us after multiple emails. On reaching the property, we couldn’t get into the property and were made to wait for almost an hour. The initial condo number was wrong. "Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm.
