"Main restaurant only open in weekends. Very few bikes and none available for duration of stay. Stained and sticky floors in room. Movie channels not working, broken outlets and chargers. Water in pool not refilled during peak heat of the day. "

"Very sad and dated, this hotel was wildly expensive for the condition and location. The air conditioner was loud, the furnishings and linens were mediocre and everything felt slightly dirty. Only upside was the shuttle to the airport."

Super nice guy and our next room was perfect. You can tell it's ran on a small budget older building and rooms. Just about 2 min from the board walk and beach. "

"This location is amazing. Just the location alone gets 6 stars actually. The property itself is pretty dated and basic. Not much amenities and not really anywhere to sit in the living room. There is a daybed and one chair. We had a junior suite. The people were very nice and you can rent out chairs and towels (for free) which was pretty nice. If we ever went back to Ft Lauderdale we would definitely stay again, but honestly EVERYTHING was so expensive. But you literally don’t even need a car...

"My family has so much fun during the time of staying! The two bedrooms unit actually have 4 beds that can accommodate our family of five comfortably! The location is perfect for balancing the beachfront, rooftop pool and walk on the Hollywood broadwalk! Most thankfully, is the support the staff provide after our flight got canceled right before we are checking out. Unfortunately the resort was sold out that we are not able to extend our stay, however, the staff helped us to update the keycard...

"Disappointing m! We reserved the Honeymoon suite with jacuzzi tub. When we arrived after a 5 hour drive, we were told that the room was not available due to an unexpected broken window. They didn’t charge us the parking fee and resort fee to compensate- but the only reason we selected this hotel was for the jacuzzi tub. They said we could cancel but we were in town for a wedding the same day and no time to look for another hotel. I think we should have been compensated more accordingly!!"

"Everything could have been wonderful if only safety felt like a number 1 priority. They give a code to unlock your doors, pretty sure they give the same code Everytime. At 1:30 in the morning I was woken up to someone coming in my room, the people were just as shocked as me to see someone in the room. The night shift gave them the code to our room and said it was their room. Now first mistake is selling a room that is already occupied, but you are telling me you always use the same code?!?! So...
