"We didn't stay as the room the property changed the room that we booked at the last minute and didn't even inform us until we called to arrange our arrival. The new room that they offered wasn't acceptable to us so we advised Expedia and stayed elsewhere."

During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again.
