"My daughter and two grand children enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff was great and the ease into the room was more efficient than using cards with access personal to us. This will be our “go-to” going forward. It was also close to everything and with two pools, you couldn’t ask for better accommodations."

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The staff came across as unhappy and bothered whenever we had questions. Check-in was delayed by over an hour because of “issues,” but multiple employees mentioned they always seem to have issues, which wasn’t very reassuring. We also counted at least six other groups in front of us who were still waiting for their rooms and were told they’d be waiting for hours as well, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated situation.
