I was initially given the wrong room, and it took over 3 hours of arguments and repeated follow-up calls before I was finally moved to the room I had actually booked. Great location in old town. The hotel is generally lovely and you can tell they have put the effort into the lobby. The rooms were nice but not as nice as other Hiltons. Restaurant and bar really good
