"Alles war super. Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten (kein TV Fernbedienung auf dem Zimmer, Kaffeemaschine war defekt) die dann direkt in Ordnung gebracht wurden."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. "I loved the Element! It was centrally located. Had all the comforts if home ie: kitchenette, delicious breakfast, and gym. It was clean, safe and the staff was amazing! Really good vibe! Don't walk, RUN to the Element!"

"Location was very good, just a block or two from the King of Prussia mall. Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals","

"We stayed during the busy summer season. The city was full of energy with Juneteenth and FIFA events. The hotel staff were very helpful, the free coffee and water machines were great and the location was central. The rooms were a bit small and Rittenhouse Square was about 3 blocks away. There is no pool. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The hotel is on Chestnut which is a straight shot to Old City Philadelphia and most of the tourist attractions."
