"Hotel definitely needs to be refurbished. Certain areas more than others. Not the cleanest hotel but Staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant/bar in hotel which is convenient. Personally I thought $30 a day for valet parking for guests was ridiculously expensive considering they’re parking your car in the same parking deck as self parking and it’s less expensive and around the corner from the hotel."

"Firstly, the front entrance was very dark. I had to get out of my car just to verify that the front door was open. Secondly, the front desk attendant was very rude toward my daughter and me. She didn’t acknowledge us or even look at us. She only asked for the deposit and handed me the room key without lifting her eyes toward us. "On a hectic road, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower head was really nice and something very important to me when I travel. Breakfast was not that great, but pretty standard for breakfast included chain hotels in this price range. The Koy Grill down the road was Turkish cuisine and we had a great meal there. Staff was very friendly and there was ample, free parking out front."

"Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 PM checkout time. We were tired from long drive and had to attend function at 6:00 and staff wasn’t ready to give alternate room. Had to wait. Also, retained $20 for incidental but didn’t explain. "

"It was a very clean, nice looking hotel. The environment was quiet. The tv did not have signal for some channels. When showering some of the water slips out wetting the floor but besides that everything was great. Breakfast was good. Definitely stay you will be disappointed."

"One thing that needs to be clean is the window trim it was very dusty. View was great. Pool look nice but didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or bar/restaurant. Check in/out was very easy. Rooms were a nice size."

"When I pulled back my blankets me and my husband found hair in our bed!!! Disgusting!! When we checked out we told the guy we wanted to speak to a manager and he said no manager was on site because it was a holiday and gave me a card to call tomorrow. He didn’t care what I had to say. Very nasty. I would be going back."

"Our room was next to the elevator, too much noise from people on and off the elevator. Breakfast buffet can use some improvement on the food choices and the furniture. Overall good hotel."
