"Although the family room looked nice, there was a particular oder we didn’t agree with.. the TV was a bit out dated with its options and controls and the elevator was overwhelmed with guests going up and down since there was only 2, there was a bit of a wait time so I recommend the stairs. The breakfast set up and options were very good! "

"I noticed a gas smell noticed by others at the pool. Maintenance says it comes from boilers. I say you aren’t supposed to smell gas. I’m told if I call the fire department and they get fined 500$. They will charge me the 500$ fee. When I bulk. Management tells me I’m welcome to leave. Front desk girl says I threatened to sue which. What? I never did and I’m told to leave the hotel after I complained about a dead bird in the pool area which I mentioned for two days then gave up. It was still...

"There was no breakfast included and when we ordered from the restaurant i had called in for the room service and they messed up our drink we asked for a sprite and brought us a coke and when we told the guy he was like "oh sorry i didnt have sprite anymore so i brought yall a coke " he could of told us theres no sprite Before making us the order . But regarding that situation everything else was 10/10 "
