"Large spacious room wit lh a big comfortable bed. The staff was great; hotel is clean; restaurant area is lovely. 12th floor had a beautiful view of Recoleta Cemetery. Only negative was the plumbing - the tub faucet spit at you for awhile before deciding to deliver hot water and tub shower is very narrow. This will not prevent us from returning."

"Staff at check in was very helpful. Shower in rm 101 has opaque shower which was not optimal if others in the same room. Rooms were nicely sized and had a two-burner stove and small refrigerator."
