"Over all had a pleasant Stay did ask for early check but was offered only on demand when you arrive.
In a great location you couldn't ask for anything better
Staff no demand was very helpful
Check in and Out was a bit of a task could have been easer .
I secured the stay with a credit card and chose pay at property upon arriving,Was asked to pay not a problem paid ok
Then noticed when we got back home they had took payment for NO SHOW and charged my card and also the one i paid with too.
I tried contacting the property to sort out the double payment on 11th Oct again on the 13th Oct and again on the 15th Oct and as of writing this review on 22nd had no reply from property .
Had to go via Expedia help to get a refund (Service was Great from Expedia well Done)
At check in was presented with a few forms to fill in to order breakfast for our Stay and advised it would be delivered to room wasn't expecting this ( my fault did not do enough research on the breakfast) ( IMO its not worth the bother)) couple of the mornings the food and tea was cold and to be honest just not worth it , So we booked room for 2 and breakfast delivered to room one problem only one chair at table to sit and eat it , now this it were it get Controversial should i have had to ask for another chair or Not
IMO No they knew for 2 months i was staying there they knew i wanted early check in so should have had the room ready but they didn't'
would i stay again
