"The room was a very pleasant surprise. Everything about the place was first rate. The staff however at the desk were not that friendly and helpful. However one of the working managers went out of her way and even found us beach chairs to use!"

"The room was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised with a view of the ocean. My biggest complaint is that there was nothing on the walls and I felt like I was in a jail cell. It was really weird....I have never stayed anywhere that didn't have something on the wall. Also no recycling bins/info."

"I loved this place so much that I ended up booking an extra night. My room was spotless. The walls are a bit thin, as it is an old building, but that wasn’t an issue. The hotel backs up to the dunes and it’s super easy to get right onto the beach. This will be the only place I stay at from now on in OBX. "

"The property was fresh and clean and I forgot to bring a couple things but no worries the thoughtfulness of the property owner those items were already in our room at no additional cost or having to contact anyone. Wow !! Great place to stay. Everyone so polite and friendly with Smiles on their faces. Husband and I will definitely be coming back. "

"We stay here every year because it is so amazing. Veda and Bill and so accommodating and the Inn is so beautiful. Breakfast is an added bonus because it is always amazing as well.
The Inn is also so close to the beach, restaurants and anything you would want to do. "
