"Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. "Beautiful place and very clean—definitely feels like a newer hotel. The buffet was okay, and the staff were polite, but they could be more knowledgeable about the surrounding area, which is important for international visitors. The bed, though… super hard, felt like sleeping on a table."
