"Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. "Ended up at the Hilton Garden Inn unexpectedly and from the time we walked in it was just spectacular. The staff were so accommodating to every and any request. The rooms were super spacious aswell, comfy bed, large tv for downtime. My favourite part though was the ability of the staff to adjust during Nyepi (Silent Day), there were multiple times I saw staff not being treated nicely by other guests and they handled themselves with such grace and understanding when they didn’t need to.
