"The view from my room was amazing the ants and gecko in my room was not. The miss communication on rather I could use my card was frustrating. The bed and AC was great but being woken up @ 7:00am to them clipping grass and dragging a bucket around while sweeping was horrible. The curtains are way too thin. The waitress stood behind the counter talking instead of checking on your table so I walked down several times to the other resort restaurant where they took care of me equally like all their...

"This locally owned Villa and Cottage accommodations are great value. I stsyed in an ocean front room, great views and clean. This is a no-frills place to stay, no TVs but it has Wifi. There is an on-site warung/restaurant and the food is delicious and well priced. There are loads of warungs within walking distance and lots of drivers to take you into Candi if the 2km walk is not your thing. The best part of the stay was the wonderful staff. "

The private pool was right off the porch outside with a view to the valley and forest across a river down below. it was nice and quiet so you could hear the birds and the river. The room was lovely - a beautiful large comfy bed and luxurious sheets. The staff were warm and welcoming and happy to help."

"Upon my arrival the management informed me they no longer use Hotels.com/Expedia for bookings. I had to argue I had already booked and prepaid my reservation. Also, the room seems a bit out of date, bathroom is huge but not so nice. Breakfast gives you only one choice of drink: Tea, coffee or juice."

Ramayana Candidasa Beach Resort

10/10 Sangat Bagus
"Beautiful resort, very clean, lovely staff. Unfortunately the excavators were building the path out the front, which will be incredible, but they were very noisy. The staff were working hard to ensure the guests were happy."
