"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. "Easy to find, easy to park and always a warm friendly welcome. Room has everything I need, having a fridge is particularly good. No disturbance from busy main road, Indian restaurant next door is excellent. I stay here every 6-8 weeks for work, always relaxing."

"Room was so clean, only thing the extractor fan in the toilet was really dirty and was at eye level so was obvious to see. Other than that, amazing! "

"Stairs to the rooms were quite steep but the room was great. Comfortable bed and lovely to have fresh milk and homemade cookies. Unfortunately the shower could do with some attention as water was really slow to run away.Good selection at breakfast, staff were friendly and very accommodating. Could do with either cleaning or replacing the carpet on stairs and landing as it’s very stained and does them no favours in terms of appearance. Overall great stay and would recommend."
