"Check in was supposed to be 2, a room wasn’t ready for us until 4:50. At 4:10 staff advised room would be 5 more minutes.. ended up being 40 mins later. Breakfast time ended too early. We were in town for the monster truck event, late check in affected the whole evening. We had to squeeze in dinner, to try not to be late for the show. Waiting for that long with 2 small children is a huge inconvenience. "

"Check-in was the only downside of our stay. We asked about early check-in and were told to return for the 4:00 PM check-in time, which was understandable. However, when my husband came back at 4:00 PM, he waited 35 minutes and still couldn’t check in. We returned again after 5:30 PM and were finally given our room. If check-in is listed as 4:00 PM, rooms should be ready closer to that time. Aside from that, everything else at the hotel was fine. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and...

"Extra fee at check in. Place is in need of renovations. Elevator out of order. ‘Take and go breakfast’ was interesting and included rotten apple and children’s juice box. Distinct odours present throughout the place. Bed extremely soft. Water drainage issues in bathroom. Place served it’s purpose but would not stay again. "

"Had a great experience. Room was clean and well maintained. The only glitch… housekeeping did not clean our room one day but honestly we used our towels again and it was fine. Had a great stay."
