"Beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean. We booked for a girls night and found the pool to be a highlight and it wasnt busy on a Saturday morning. I do wish they offered group rates and availabilities for their spa for people who are staying there. They also didn't have space for us at breakfast in their restaurant despite several open tables (again, should be given some priority as a guest who is staying there). Overall very beautiful waterfront property however, could be doing better with...

"My small sweet I think about 289 ft.² with a sofa and a chair and a good sized TV in front of the king size bed and a small desk area was adequate for my stay and Needs this room had a lovely view overlooking some trees in the back and was quiet and located on the executive fifth floor with less guest traffic and noise.. The main reason I stayed here was because of the sauna which I enjoy it’s a tiny little infrared sauna but it works and the adjacent pool all those small was adequate to cool...

"This was an amazing experience, the room so clean that I couldn't believe it, air conditioning worked so well too... initially we were going to stay for one night but decided one more because the junior suite that we stayed for fantastic... very large sun exposure but at night completely darkness... curtains were very thick... front desk was incredibly helpful and polite... I am definitely recommending it. We are coming back as well."

"Disappointed with our room. Only 1 bottle of water left in room, should be 2. Shampoo dispenser place in tub, that fell off the wall. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty and not filled up. For the price, more attention to detail is needed."

"This is a very tired hotel, the hallways had a very unpleasant odour. We did not have body wash in the shower and were told to come get it for ourselves, I would not recommend to others."

"I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden."
