"We’ve stayed here every year for dance and it has always been a great hotel. Clean, convenient location. My only complaint is the breakfast selection. Food wasn’t great and not much selection. Also, with having very early morning starts it would have been nice if they opened on time during the weekends. "

"Mediocre at best. Some of the staff was a bit on the rude side. The thermostat in the room was fake and you had to use one of those loud 90s style ac units. If the bed was king sized as booked then every other hotel I have stayed in must used California Kings. No complimentary breakfast like most in this price range. The pool and hot tub were great...but could use a re-tileing. You need your room key to use the elevator...which is great for safety, but annoying for practicality. Free parking was good, not great tv...no access to streaming services. Very loud when people went by the door. Some cheaper quality items like the ice bucket...which doesn't matter but was noticed. Overall it was just okay...nothing exceptional but also not horrible. Probably won't be returning as there are better options in a similar price range."

"The candlewood hallway smells bad and my shower didn’t get hot. The staff was helpful as much as they could. They were nice. I was refunded a little bit of funds for the inconvenience for the shower issue. Huge play area for the kids that’s was cool. The gym is also there and swimming pool. Other than those two issues I had a good time."

"Check-in was the only downside of our stay. We asked about early check-in and were told to return for the 4:00 PM check-in time, which was understandable. However, when my husband came back at 4:00 PM, he waited 35 minutes and still couldn’t check in. We returned again after 5:30 PM and were finally given our room. If check-in is listed as 4:00 PM, rooms should be ready closer to that time. Aside from that, everything else at the hotel was fine. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the coffee was surprisingly very good too."

"The room was very run down. The bed was lousy. The power outlet was an electrical fire looking for an excuse to happen. I deeply regret all the poor life decisions that led to my choosing to stay there. But hey, on the plus side, there were only one or two visible ants, so...I guess there could have been more? Yay."
