"The staff were helpful, friendly, and cheerful. We were welcomed whenever we encountered a staff person. The maintenance guy even helped us locate our car in the multilevel parking garage! Loved the experience!"

"I have had a better room at a Motel 6 than at this Hyatt. The bed was uncomfortable, would roll to the center. The hot water in the shower was a dribble. The carpet was old needing deep cleaning or replacing. Room was not made up over night. On the 7th floor traffic was so loud thought the bed was in the middle of the street. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Parking was across the street and $30. a day. "

"The room as advertised indicated it slept 5. This is false. With the way the photos looked, it appeared the room had a twin sleeper. The room fit 5, but we had to get an air mattress to make it work. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night. So, if you have 5 people, be prepared to sleep on the floor. Otherwise, property is nice and clean."
