"I was very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that our room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. I reported my concerns right away, but instead of addressing them, I was told I should have booked directly through Hilton instead of Expedia. That response was dismissive and unprofessional. "The greatest strength about the Aqua Beach Inn is its location!!! It is right across the street from the Beach and we could see the Sky Wheel from our balcony. My teenager loved sitting on the balcony because there was so much to see. There are great restaurants right in walking distance and the pier is breezy and wonderful! The hotel needs updating: nicks in the cabinets and small rips in the bar stools."

"The location is awsome will be going back soon!! Kuntry K was so helpful down to the little man whipping the golf cart around the property. My neighbor stayed up and partied all night but we did not hear them and they couldnt hear my kids running around so this will be my favortive place for myrtle for now on. "My likes were everyone were nice courteous only thing that I noticed that the room I was in you had to play with the knob for the shower to come on and it needs a little update of the property more cleaning of the pools other than that it's a great place to stay and there were great views of the beach but if you rent the beach chairs on the beach it's $50.00 for umbrella and 2 chairs if you're driving instead of flying bring your own other wise it's a great place to vacation"
