"Great property at a good price"

"Room was great value for price paid. Main requirement was to sleep and not chill within room for too long. Room was small but very clean with nice shower and hair/body wash to make use of. Window in room was an extra cost. It was covered so you could not see out of it. Overall i would definetely stay again."

"Self check in was easy. Liked that the doors were code operated. Room was spacious, clean and well thought out. Hairdryer was excellent! Bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was great. The hotel is very clean and fresh, would visit again!"

They do appear to have a programme of renovations in hand, but our corner room had several cracked window panes and dated furnishings. The sink does not have a mixer tap, and the hot water is scalding, while there is almost no water pressure for the shower. "The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms. You cannot get food after 10pm. The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. Its supposed to be relaxing but you leave crying. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The swimming is good and perfect temperature. I asked one of the staff to reduce the amount of chlorine but she just said its not my job. She looked like the cleaner. The lady at the spa Danielle was just great. She...

"The hotel was alright but charging nearly a tenner to park in their own car park is a joke. Good breakfast albeit another £30. Had to spend nearly the room cost again to park and eat. Could have got somewhere much nicer if I wanted to spend over £100 and eaten and parked for free. Wouldn't come again"

"No parking when I got there and not a big car park anyway, room was dirty with hair left in the shower, bed was lumpy and creaked everytime I l moved. Also wasn't made aware that there was a function on until I checked in which was noisy up until midnight."
