"Rummet var av relativt enkel standard, men rent och hade sköna sängar. Hörde ingen trafik, eller andra störande ljud. Den hade allt, förutom en toalettborste. Frukosten var bra. Man fick beställa den varma maten, vilket gör att den inte står i rumstemperatur. Det tog ca 10-15 minuter att få maten serverad och då var vi där under en helg med mycket folk. Medans fixade vi kaffe, rostade mackor och åt av den kontinentala buffén. Trevlig personal också, så vi kan absolut tänka oss att bo här igen...

"King size bed which was a double Air con didn’t work Water pressure was awful and kept going from hot to cold Staff seemed to care but this was quickly shattered when I saw them joking about a customer after speaking to them. The breakfast was ok without any hot vegan options. Room service trays were left unattended outside rooms. "Our room was spacious, and being on the top floor, it had a great view. We ordered room service, and it was delivered promptly, making our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having slippers in the room, which made it even more relaxing. The only minor downside was that the shower pressure was a bit weak. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay."

"Had a family room with double bed and single bunk above, it was fine. Not a lot of surface space in the room, shower was a bit dodgy but basic and kind of as expected for the price. Room with tea and coffee on each floor, no real choice available. Fine for an anticipated poor sleep before an early flight."

"Michael at reception was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed with regards to my room and food/drink. My room was clean, very peaceful and had a good sized desk and office chair so I was able to work during my stay. Food was nice and generous portions. The air con was fantastic in this hot weather. Overall an excellent hotel for business. I will be back!"

"Rooms were good size. Bed was large and comfy. Pillows were comfy. Bathroom was a good size. All very clean. The floors in the room are laminate and could do with a good hoover and mop. Swimming pool was a good size. Sauna and steam rooms were working and usable. Gym was small but had everything needed. £15 parking for 24hr is a let down. If your a staying guest parking should be included. Towels are supplied for use at the pool and gym so you don't have to take them from the room."

"Another fantastic stay at Moat House for my parents, who simply won't stay anywhere else when they're visiting the area! The whole team were phenomenal from start to finish. Apologies that we didn't manage to get everyone's names, but Hannah on reception was amazing at check-in, and Kirsty was excellent at check-out. The bar, restaurant and food service teams were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making guests feel genuinely valued throughout their stay. A special mention also to the...

"it was incredibly clean, it was exactly what i wanted. i needed somewhere with a large fridge and a microwave to heat up food and store all the drinks needed for this kind of weather. the only downside for me personally was the tv didn't have all of the popular streaming apps on the interface and the chromecast feature was a bit glitchy."
